Book a child into a class

Give a student their weekly seat, funded by the package that is going to pay for it.

Booking gives a child a recurring place in a class — same day, same time, every week, until something ends it. The one decision that matters is which package pays for it.

1. Open the student and start slotting

From the student's profile, open the slotting screen. It shows every class in the week as a grid, with how full each one is.

Filter by Branch, Class Type and Coach, and use Hide Full Classes to clear the noise.

2. Pick the class

Click the slot you want. Each card shows the class type, branch, coach and the current headcount against capacity, plus how many are already booked to join in future.

3. Choose the package

Pick the package that will fund this seat under Which package?, then choose Slot Student.

If the button reads Select a Package, you have not chosen one yet. If it reads Class Full, the class has no room.

4. Check it took

The booking appears on the student's profile with the class, the day and time, and the package funding it. The child appears on that class's register from the next session onwards.

What booking does *not* do

It does not charge anything. Credits come off when attendance is marked, not when the seat is given. A child booked in for next month has not paid for next month's classes yet, and a booking cancelled before it ever happened costs the family nothing.

One-off bookings
