Book a make-up class

A child missed their class and the academy is letting them catch it up somewhere else this week.

A make-up is a one-off place in a class the child does not normally attend. It is not a move and not a new weekly seat — it is this week only.

1. Check the child is allowed one

Whether replacements are offered, and whether they need approval, is a rule on the package the family bought. Some packages allow them freely, some need a manager, some do not allow them at all.

If you cannot see the option, that is the package's rules rather than your permissions.

2. Find a class with room

Schedule → Available Slot shows the whole week as a grid: class type, coach, branch, and how full each class is. Filter by Branch, Class Type and Coach, and use Hide Full Classes.

3. Add the child to that session

Open the class and add the student as a one-off booking rather than slotting them in. They appear on that session's register only, and their normal weekly seat is untouched.

4. Mark them present on the day

A make-up is a real class: when they attend, a credit comes off, exactly as it would in their own class. Nothing else needs doing.
