Carry credits into another package
Move the classes left on an old package onto a new one, so nothing is lost at renewal.
When a family renews with classes still unused, carrying forward moves those credits onto the new package instead of letting them expire.
1. Raise a carry-forward request
From the student's profile, choose the package the credits are coming from and the package they are going to, and say how many.
2. Wait for approval
Carry-forward requests are approved by senior staff, under Schedule → Credit Carry Forward.
3. After approval
- The credits leave the old package and land on the new one. The totals move
together, so nothing is created or lost.
- If the old package is emptied and it was funding a seat, that seat moves onto
the package the credits went to — the child stays in their class without anyone rebooking them.
- Both movements are recorded, so the history shows where the classes went.
Before you use it
- Check the expiry on the destination. Credits carried onto a package that
expires next week have not really been saved.
- Watch shared packages. If either package covers siblings, moving credits
affects both children.
- This is not a refund. The family keeps the classes; they do not get money
back. For money, see Cancel a package.
