HR → Staff Attendance shows a day at a time: who clocked in, when, at which branch, and whether the punch was verified.
Only you and the owner see this. Branch admins do not — deliberately.
Reading the day
Each row is one punch. The one thing to understand is the verdict:
- Verified — the punch came from that branch's network.
- Unverified — it came from somewhere else. Mobile data, home, a guest network, or someone who was not there.
Fixing a punch
Somebody forgot to clock out, or clocked in an hour after they arrived. Open the punch and correct it. A reason is required.
Corrections do not overwrite. The original punch stays readable and the correction sits beside it with your name on it, so a month later the record shows both what was recorded and what you decided it should have been.
An open clock-in with no clock-out is left open and flagged. Nothing closes it automatically, because Hull does not know what shift the person was meant to work. Close it yourself with the time they actually left.
The shared-browser report
HR → Shared Browser lists cases where one browser was used by more than one staff account within a short window.
The shape it is looking for: one person signs out, another signs in on the same phone and clocks in. That is the ordinary way time gets padded, and it looks like nothing in a list of punches.
What is kept
The punch and its verdict last as long as they are useful. The network detail behind the verdict — the address, the browser, the device — is deleted after 90 days, on the same schedule as the sign-in trail.
What this does not do yet
Clocked hours do not feed payroll. Coaches are still paid from the classes they taught. Attendance is recorded so it is trustworthy on the day it does get wired in, not because it is already driving a figure.
There is also no roster, so there is no lateness flag. Hull records the times and leaves the judgement to you.
