Every day Hull hands the front desk a list: renewals due, trials to chase, children falling behind. HR → Staff KPI shows what happened to it.

Head coaches and the owner only.

The two halves

Completion by staff — a row per person: how many tasks they were given, how many they finished, how many on time, how many late, how many were left to go stale.

The task table — every individual task, filterable by staff, branch, type and date. This is where you go when a number in the first table looks wrong and you want to see what is behind it.

The one number to read first

Forgotten. A task nobody completed and nobody closed is not the same as a task somebody tried and failed. It means a family expected a call and did not get one, and no one noticed.

Late is a workload problem. Forgotten is a process problem.

What this is not

It is not a score. Hull shows the counts and stops. There is no grade, no ranking, no target it measures people against — because the right number of tasks depends on the branch, the month and who was on leave, and a system that does not know that has no business grading anyone.

Read it with what you already know about the person, or it will mislead you.

A quiet week is not a lazy week. Fewer tasks issued means fewer packages expiring, which is usually last quarter's sign-ups showing through. Check the assigned column before drawing a conclusion from the completed one.

What it does not show yet

Sign-ups, trial conversion, renewal rates and churn are not on this page. They were in the first design and were taken out: the page does one job now — who worked their list — and the business results live where they always did, on the Overview Dashboard and the marketing dashboard.
