Schedule follow-ups安排跟进讯息
The message you promised on Thursday, and the nudge for the lead who went quiet — both queued, both sent without anyone remembering.答应了星期四回复的那则讯息,还有已经安静下来的潜在客户——都排入队列,不必有人去记。

Most enquiries do not go cold because you answered badly. They go cold because nobody wrote back after a good answer.
Two things fix that, and both live here: a scheduled message you set up yourself, and the follow-up engine, which notices a conversation has gone quiet and offers something useful to send.
Schedule a message yourself
In any conversation, the clock button in the composer opens the schedule dialog. Write the message, pick the day and time, send it to the queue.
Use it the moment someone names a time — *"let me ask my husband, message me Thursday"*. Thirty seconds now, instead of a note you will not find on Thursday.
You can attach a file: a photo, a PDF, a price list, a video. Anything that is not an image or a video arrives as a document.
Where scheduled messages live
Marketing → Scheduled Messages shows everything queued, sent or cancelled. Search by contact, filter by status, edit or cancel anything not yet sent, or jump straight to the conversation.
You also see them in two other places, which is usually enough:
- A strip in the thread showing what is queued for that conversation.
- A Scheduled follow-ups section in the contact drawer.
What happens if they reply first
A scheduled message still sends. That is deliberate — it answers something specific the conversation named, so a reply in between rarely makes it wrong.
If you want a particular message to wait, tick hold on reply when you create it. An incoming message then pauses it instead of sending, and it shows up amber wherever it appears. You decide: send as planned, move it to a new day, or cancel it. It is never quietly dropped.
Value nuggets — what to send when there is nothing to say
Marketing → Value Nuggets is your library of small, genuinely useful things: a technique video, a parents' guide, a note about the next intake, a tip.
Each nugget has a title, the message, an optional file, and tags — the same labels the assistant already puts on contacts. The tags are how the right nugget reaches the right family: a lead tagged *Price enquiry* gets something different from one tagged *Trial interest*.
You can also send one straight away — the nugget picker in the inbox composer. Nuggets already sent to that family are marked, so you do not repeat yourself.
The follow-up engine
Once a day, Hull looks for leads you are still working who have gone quiet, and picks a nugget that matches what they were interested in.
You choose how much rope it gets (owner only, on the Value Nuggets page):
- Off — it does nothing. Scheduling by hand still works. This is where every academy starts.
- Ask me first — it prepares the nudge and puts it in the approvals queue. You read it and tap once.
- Just send it — it schedules and sends on its own.
Three rules worth knowing:
- A nugget is never sent twice to the same family. Not in this conversation, not in any other, not months later.
- If they reply, the nudge cancels itself. The whole reason for sending it was the silence. This is the one thing that cancels automatically.
- It does not give up on its own. It keeps working a live lead until you mark them Lost or they sign up.
Why it goes quiet — and it is not broken
The engine stops when it runs out of nuggets that family has not already had. An academy with three nuggets gets three nudges per lead and then silence.
This is the thing most likely to look like a bug. It is not. Add nuggets and it starts again. Building a real library — six or eight to begin with — is part of setting the feature up, not something to do later.
Whose name is on it
- You scheduled it → it goes out as you.
- You approved the assistant's suggestion → it goes out as you. Approving is taking ownership, same as sending a suggested reply.
- The engine sent it on automatic → it is marked as coming from the assistant, with the usual note saying so.
