Two buttons. One when you arrive, one when you leave.

Find them under HR → My Attendance. Your branch is already filled in — you only pick one if you work at more than one.

What the system checks

When you clock in, Hull looks at whether you are on your branch's network.

  • On the branch WiFi — the punch is marked Verified.
  • Anywhere else — the punch is still recorded, marked Unverified.
You are never blocked. A punch on mobile data, from home, or on a guest network still goes through. Being unverified is a note for whoever reads the record later, not a refusal. Blocking people would only mean working off the clock.

Clocked in on the wrong network?

Press Clock in again once you are on the branch WiFi. It does not clock you out and back in — it re-checks the network and keeps your original clock-in time. The card offers Re-verify clock-in whenever your open clock-in is unverified.

This matters at month end: your hours stay honest, and the record stops looking like you arrived at the moment you noticed.

More than one shift a day

Clock in and out as many times as you actually work. A morning session and an evening session is two pairs, and that is the right way to record it.

If you forget to clock out

Nothing closes it for you. The clock-in stays open and shows up as a gap for your head coach or the owner to fix — they can add the missing time with a reason attached. Tell them rather than leaving it.

There is no lateness score. Coaches come in by their class times, and those vary. Hull records when you actually clocked in and leaves the judgement to a person.

What is kept

Your clock times are kept as long as the record is useful — they sit next to payroll. The network details behind the verified/unverified verdict — the address you connected from, the browser — are deleted after 90 days. The verdict itself stays.
