Track stock管理库存
Every item in and out is a dated line with a name on it — across stores, counters and outlets, with big variances needing a second pair of eyes.每一笔进出都是一行有日期、有经手人的记录——跨仓库、柜台与门市,差异过大还需第二个人核准。

Stock in Hull is a ledger, not a number. Nothing is ever quietly edited: a correction is a new line saying what it corrects, dated, with the name of whoever made it. At any moment you can say why the shelf holds what it holds.
The catalogue
Each product carries a name, an optional code, a unit, a supplier, a selling price, a cost price — visible only to the roles you allow — up to eight photos, and a reorder point. Anything at or below its reorder point is flagged as low.
Discontinuing a product does not delete it. It stops being sellable and keeps its history.
Locations — where stock actually sits
A location is a place: the store room, the poolside counter, a second outlet. It is deliberately not the same thing as a branch — a branch is where you teach, a location is shelf space, and plenty of academies have several of one and one of the other.
If your academy never thinks about this, you already have a single default location and everything lands there. You will not notice the feature exists.
Moving stock in and out
| Reason | When you use it |
|---|---|
| Receipt | Goods arriving from a supplier |
| Issue | Out without a sale — a sample, internal use, staff kit |
| Sale | Recorded automatically when the item is sold |
| Return | A customer return, putting it back |
| Adjustment | The physical count disagrees with the system |
| Write-off | Damaged, lost, expired |
| Transfer | Moved between your own locations |
Adjustments and write-offs need a note. A variance without a stated reason is not a record, so Hull asks for one.
Transfers
Moving stock between locations is recorded as a matched pair — out of one, into the other — so the ledger reads as one physical act rather than two unexplained corrections. Your total does not change; where it sits does.
When a count is badly out
Your academy sets a value threshold. An adjustment worth more than that does not go through on the spot — it becomes a request for someone senior to approve.
Nothing moves while the request is waiting. On approval, the movement is written and linked back to the request, so the trail runs from "we counted short" to the line that fixed it.
Checking the count is right
The system keeps two figures — the total for a product, and how much sits at each location — and both must agree with the ledger that produced them. If you ever suspect drift, ask for a stock reconciliation: it checks all three against each other and reports the exact product and location where they disagree.
